Software Requirement

Adobe Reader: Our training series require Adobe Reader to access our resource materials. You can download the free Adobe Reader. If you are not sure wether you have Adobe Reader or not, please click the following PDF file to see it opens or not. Test Adobe Reader

Adobe Flash Player: Our training series require Adobe Flash Player version 8 or better. You can download the free Adobe Flash Player. If you are not sure wether you have Flash Player installed or not, please click the following link to test. Test Flash Player

Microsoft Word Viewer: Our training series require Microsoft Word View. If you already have MS Office installed, you don't need to download the Word viewer.

Web Browser Requirement

Microsoft Internet Explorer: version 6 or better

Mozilla Firefox: version 2 or better

Apple Safari: version 2 or better

Note: we recommand the latest version of web browser for the best viewing experience.

Popup Blocker

In order to properly view our training series, you should disable your popup-blocking software. For the browsers' built-in popup blocker, please refer to the documentation below.

Internet Explorer 6/7: click on the Tools button and choose Internet Options (If you have IE6, choose Tools from the menu and then Internet Options). Click on the Privacy tab and un-check the box labelled "Turn on the popup blocker.

Mozilla Firefox 2/3: please refer to the documentation.

Safari: click on the Safari menu and uncheck "Block Pop-Up Windows"

Google Toolbar: The Google Toolbar is an add-on for Internet Explorer. If you have it, click on the Blocking Popups button and it will change to Site Popups Allowed.

Yahoo Toolbar: please refer to the documentation.
