Registration - Step 1: Name and State
Description of Questions
The coming questions will ask about your name and state information. There are total 3 text boxes and 1 drop-down list. You can access the first name text box using Alt with 1, middle initial text box using Alt with 2 if applicable, and last name text box using Alt with 3. The state drop-down list is categorized by geographically, Northeastern, Midwestern, Southern, Western and Other regions, such as District of Columbia and Guam. It can be accessed using Alt with 4. The required fields are first name, last name, and state. Once you have completed, please click Continue to Step 2 or Alt with S to move to the next section of the registration page. If there is any error after the submission, you will be redirected to this page and detailed error message will be displayed.
